Die hell erleuchtete Stadt setzt meine Seele in Flammen.
Ich habe eine Menge Geld, das darauf wartet, verpulvert zu werden –
also: rauf mit den Einsätzen!
Draußen warten tausend hübsche Mädels, die sorglos drauflos leben.
Nur zu, da sind sie bei mir gerade am Richtigen!

Wie sehr ich mir wünsche, dass der Tag mehr als 24 Stunden hätte!
Auch wenn noch 40 Stunden dazukämen – ich würde auch nicht eine Minute verschlafen.
Es gibt Black Jack, Poker und Roulette,
bei jedem Spiel ist alles drin, Gewinn und Verlust.
Du brauchst nur ein starkes Herz und Nerven wie Drahtseile.

Viva Las Vegas,
mit all deinem Neonflimmern und dem Scheppern der einarmigen Banditen – alle Hoffnungen gehen den Bach runter.
Tag oder Nacht? Das ist dort kein Unterschied.
Wer einmal da war, ist anschließend nicht mehr derselbe.

Ich bleibe jedenfalls am Drücker, genieße das alles – und wenn’s mich den letzten Cent kostet!
Falls ich am Ende völlig ruiniert bin, dann bleibt mir doch die Erinnerung an eine tolle Zeit.
